At COMMON PRACTICE. pieces are made to order and many take 2 weeks to make.
Gifting COMMON PRACTICE. Jewelry for the holidays? Any item in your order may take between 2 and 4 weeks to make, we recommend placing your orders on or before December 3rd to ensure you’ll have your items on time for the holidays!

At COMMON PRACTICE. customer satisfaction is our highest priority. All our pieces are hand-crafted with the most unique and authentic materials, devoting attention to details and maximum quality.

All exchanges must be processed within 14 days of the original purchase. Pieces must be unworn and with its complete original packing and including its receipt.
Please make note of the error or specific defects, and include your name and address for reference. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a trackable method (such as UPS or Fed-Ex). Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number for your protection, items should be insured for their full value.
Only merchandise received by us can be processed for exchange or store credit.
If you are exchanging an item due to an error made by COMMON PRACTICE, shipping costs will be covered by us.
COMMON PRACTICE items are handcrafted in our studio in Beverly Hills. All sales are final COMMON PRACTICE does not offer refunds. Returns are valid within 14 business days of purchase and can be used for exchanges or store credit. A valid receipt must be present at the time of exchange. COMMON PRACTICE will not exchange or credit any returned purchase that is deemed worn or damaged. COMMON PRACTICE will provide a replacement for any defective merchandise that is returned within 180 days of purchase with a valid receipt present.
*During holiday seasons, once order is placed it will take 20 business days to repair your piece.
